Casa Margaux is a 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom modern Baja home in San Jose del Cabo designed by award-winning Vancouver architect, Javier Campos, and featured on the cover of Azure Magazine’s 10th Annual Houses Issue as well as in several other architectural publications and fashion campaigns.
A 5-minute walk to Costa Azul surf beaches and a short drive to grocery stores, restaurants, art galleries, and downtown San Jose del Cabo, Casa Margaux offers 5700+ SF of indoor/outdoor living space, decorated to inspire the creative spirit. Each bedroom has its own entrance from the open-air hallways providing the ideal level of privacy from the common spaces.
Fiber optic internet (150-200mbps down, 75-150mbps up) hard-wired throughout the house makes Casa Margaux a perfect getaway for the remote or gig worker.

Casa Margaux offers a unique setting for small to medium commercial photoshoots (up to 8 vehicles and 20 people), with dramatic architecture, lots of white walls, and minimalist desert landscaping.
There is ample room on the property to set up craft service and park a few vehicles and 2 nearby parking areas for up to 8 production vehicles.
Casa Margaux has fiber optic internet with reliable and consistent speeds of 150-200mbps down and 75-150mbps up, allowing for seamless online workflow including sending and receiving large image files.
Unlike most of the other modern houses that are up in East Cape and off the grid, Casa Margaux is within 5 minutes of multiple grocery stores, electronics and office supply stores, coffee shops, and restaurants, making it very convenient for the crew to run out and grab anything the production needs to keep running smoothly.
